The FPÖ-planned committee of inquiry on Pilnacek and Corona will not come. Instead of one committee there could be two.
VIENNA. Following the rejection of its U-Committee request by the Constitutional Court (VfGH), the FP is now planning two separate resolutions.
The VfGH puts a stop to the abuse of U-committees for party political show appearances. The FPÖ can still be relaxed.
The ÖVP and its SPÖ and NEOS rejected the free application for an investigation by the Ministry of the Interior. The Constitutional Court proved them right.
The U-Committee of the FPÖ to clarify political influence was rejected by the Constitutional Court. An application was not sufficiently determined.
