NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell appears to be trying to dampen expectations that the Browns’ new covered stadium in Brook Park will be enough to qualify the city for a Super Bowl. Even though Jimmy Haslam’s project includes added parking, shops, and, especially, hotels, it won’t be enough to accommodate 200,000 Super Bowl visitors, Goodell suggested recently — although he left open the possibility that could change.
