SUNY Ulster tuition to rise again under proposed 2025-26 budget

KINGSTON, N.Y. — SUNY Ulster would become one of the most expensive community colleges in the region in the upcoming academic year if county lawmakers approve a $27.3 million budget proposed by college trustees.
