SUNBURY — The City’s Charter Review Commission held its first meeting of 2025 on Jan. 14. In anticipation of becoming a city, Sunbury approved a charter document in 2019. A commission made up of residents wrote the document, which functions as the city’s constitution. Now it is time to review the document and make changes, if needed.
