Sunbelt Solomon Announces TJC as New Investment Partner
The deal gives Sunbelt Solomon a new investment partner as the company plans to expand capabilities and invest in people, TJC said.
On Monday, investment funds managed by TJC announced a definitive agreement to acquire Sunbelt Solomon from Trilantic North America, marking the power solutions provider's entry into a new growth chapter.
Headquartered in Temple, Texas, Sunbelt Solomon operates 42 locations across the United States, Canada, and Chile, employing more than 1,600 team members providing lifecycle power solutions to critical infrastructure customers.
TJC Principal Jim Sikorski said the company sits "at the intersection of some of the most compelling power infrastructure trends," citing grid modernization and data center growth. TJC manages $31.9 billion in assets.
CEO Gus Cedeño said the partnership "recognizes the strength of our business," while Trilantic Partner Charles Fleischmann thanked the team for their dedication throughout the previous partnership.
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals, as Sunbelt Solomon plans to continue executing its long-term growth strategy under new ownership.
