Summary investigation opened against man arrested for drunk driving in Santa Ana

On March 28, 2025, agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) arrested Mario Alberto Guerra Magaña on the 21st west street, between Independence Avenue and the 2nd south avenue, in Santa Ana.
