The Permanent Congressional Council will debate and vote on Wednesday on the PP's proposal for President Pedro Sánchez to be called to appear urgently in plenary session to give explanations about the migratory crisis in Ceuta. The 'populars' will also demand that ten other ministers be convened, including the eight who already have their appointment scheduled to give explanations in committee in the Lower House.
