Villa De Heksenmeyer, well-known in Voorthuizen and the surrounding area, was finally demolished on Monday morning after considerable opposition. Jesper Schaap, together with other villagers, campaigned hard for the preservation of the historic villa, but without success. The dilapidated building has been brought down to the ground.
