JAMESTOWN — The Stutsman County Sheriff's Office announced that a sex offender has registered a new address for Brian Sternberg, 57, at Jamestown Campground, 3605 80th Ave. SE Site 26. Sternberg is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee has determined Sternberg to be a high-risk offender.
