Military goods from the EU continue to reach Russia via third countries – despite extensive sanctions. This is shown in a new study by the Ifo Institute and Econpol Europe, published on Thursday. According to the study, more than a third (36 percent) of the sanctioned goods reaching Russia are transported via Turkey.
