To the editor:Lansing High School students recently returned from a band trip to Washington, D.C. As a parent and chaperone, I want our community to know what an amazing experience it was and how proudly these students represented Lansing.First and foremost, the Lansing High School band directors — Bill Turley, Aaron Edwards and Blake Vignery — deserve tremendous recognition.
