Struggling Kabale University student takes own life

A first-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Land Use Management at Kabale University has died by suicide under unclear circumstances. The deceased has been identified as Victor Mugarura, 22, a resident of Hamurara Cell, Nyamiyaga Ward, Bubaare Town Council in Rubanda District.
