Streets are on the horizon for Southlake Estates housing development

MITCHELL — Mitchell Area Housing Incorporated is seeking a raincheck to get its streets installed. MAHI has postponed two open houses and ribbon cuttings for weather-related delays for the Lake Mitchell-adjacent Southlake Estates housing development.
