- Thomas launched HMBL University to establish trade-based programs for Philadelphia high school graduates lacking college resources. His GoFundMe page has raised over $154,000 of a $200,000 goal to fund equipment, staff, and career certifications.
- Despite being hit by cars twice and traversing Colorado's 10,856-foot Wolf Creek Summit, Thomas livestreamed nearly every step on Twitch. He amassed over 500,000 Instagram followers by journey's end, documenting the physical and logistical obstacles.
- Standing before the California state sign, Thomas reflected: 'God used me as a vessel to show the world... that anything is possible.' He reached his final destination wearing Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley's jersey as a hometown tribute.
- The funds will support the launch of HMBL University and the HMBL Summer Camp, offering certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and medical technology. Programs aim to provide career pathways for underserved high school graduates who lack traditional college access.
