Stray Kids’ Lee Know Donates 100 Million Won to Nepal Flash Flood Relief, Hopes to Bring ‘a Little Strength’
Lee Know gave the money through World Vision to fund food, housing and sanitation aid for flood-affected residents.
- On Monday, JYP Entertainment announced that Lee Know of the K-pop band Stray Kids donated 100 million won to World Vision for relief efforts in Nepal affected by severe flooding.
- Lee Know requested the donation support children and families affected by the flooding in sustaining their livelihoods. The funds will support food, nutrition assistance, temporary housing, and clean water programs for displaced residents.
- "I hope my gesture can offer even a small bit of strength to those going through a difficult time," Lee Know said in a statement. He has sponsored children overseas through World Vision since 2014.
- Lee Know previously gave 100 million won to World Vision's global food crisis program in 2024 and donated 200 million won to Samsung Seoul Hospital in 2025, establishing a pattern of sustained charitable giving.
- Stray Kids' latest EP, "This & That," debuted atop the Billboard 200 in August, marking the group's ninth consecutive chart-topping album. The band is currently touring in support of the release.
