Of the 400 million barrels destocked worldwide, the International Energy Agency (IEA) accounts for 172.2 million barrels from stocks on the American continent, nearly 110 million barrels from Asia-Oceania and as much from Europe.
In the face of rising prices caused by the war in the Middle East, the member countries of the International Energy Agency are going to massively inject oil into the market. The first deliveries must take place immediately in Asia and Oceania.
