Famalicão's coach, Hugo Oliveira, is being touted by the national sports press as the leading candidate to take over as manager of the French club Strasbourg. The French first division club will have to pay the release clause, set at four million euros, to hire the forty-seven-year-old Portuguese coach.

The indiscretion leaked during the night from Thursday to Friday from Portugal: two Portuguese technicians, including Hugo Oliveira (47), were approached to train the Racing. Information confirmed by the Strasbourg club this Friday morning.

Under contract to Famalicao, Hugo Oliveira is competing to become the new Strasbourg coach.
