Houston, MO. – A free class to help the public learn how to help another in a time of crisis will take place next week in Houston, Missouri. This is a “Stop the Bleed” class, with members of the Texas County Emergency Response Team teaching on the best practices for treating someone in event of an emergency involving physical injuries.
