Stone County man agrees to repay City of Calico Rock $87,500 after not delivering equipment

A Stone County man has agreed to repay the City of Calico Rock $87,500 and has been sentenced to three years of probation after not delivering equipment the city paid him for last year. In a plea deal with the state, 59-year-old Charles “Chuck” Summers of Mountain View pled guilty to a charge of theft of property greater than $25,000 in Izard County Circuit Court.
