SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Deputies responded to an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) alert about a stolen license plate, leading to the arrest of two convicted felons, Spokane Valley Police (SVP) said in a release. On November 2, a Spokane Regional Emergency Communications Officer alerted deputies about the stolen plate seen on a Honda Pilot.
