Stephen Miller, deputy director of the White House’s Public Policy Cabinet, said yesterday that the drug cartels that “control the territory” of Mexico are the reason why “the judicial, political and legal system” doesn’t work in this country.
Stephen Miller praised the work of American soldiers at the border.
