The Stellantis car group will stop making cars at its Poissy plant near Paris in the next three or four years, as part of a reduction in production capacity in Europe. The carmaker, which was formed by the merger of the French PSA group and the Italian-American concern Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), told unions, according to Reuters.
Elected local and trade unionists were received by the Prefect of Haute-Saône this Monday, April 20th. On the agenda, the future of the Vesoul site and the plan of action in the face of the restructuring manoeuvres of Stellantis which threatens hundreds of jobs.
