BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) - The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is offering refunds to hunters in five western units due to an outbreak of epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) affecting white-tailed deer. Hunters with whitetail or “any” deer gun licenses in units 3E1, 3F1, 3F2, 4E and 4F may return their tags for a refund.
