Statesville man arrested while out on bond on felony drug and weapon charges after suspicious activity complaint

STATESVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A Statesville man was arrested on major drug and gun charges following a suspicious activity complaint Wednesday.  According to the Statesville Police Department, officers received a report of suspicious activity at the Mallard Creek Apartments on Simonton Road. The Crime Reduction Team initiated an investigation, identifying 20-year-old Justin Smith Davidson as the occupant of the residence in question.  …
