GENESEE COUNTY, MI -- The state Supreme Court has ended a legal challenge to a secret process used by local judges to appoint Genesee County Clerk-Register Domonique Clemons three years ago.
The Supreme Court of Justice dismissed a decision of the Court of Sincelejo which had declared the tacit withdrawal within an executive process, after verifying that the order cited separate non-existent case-laws.
