State Police In Line For Raises After Senate Approves New Contract
HARTFORD, CT — Connecticut State Police officers are getting a raise. In a unanimous vote Thursday the state Senate approved a deal announced in April that grants state troopers a 2.5% wage increase next year. The agreement, known as a “wage reopener” in for the fourth year of a 4-year contract first approved in 2022, will cost the state about $4.3 million in the 2026 fiscal year.
