Meeting in the Council of Ministers, the Government decided to extend by 8 February the situation of calamity due to the bad weather of the last days and the rain expected in the spring week.
Louis Montenegro spoke at the end of the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers, which lasted about three hours and took place in the official residence of the prime minister in São Bento (Lisboa).
