State leaders face lawsuit over creation of business courts

OKLAHOMA CITY — Two Oklahoma attorneys have sued state leaders, arguing that the state’s newly created business court system is unconstitutional.

It didn’t take long for a challenge to Gov. Kevin Stitt’s new business courts to be filed in the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
