State Land auction for parcel at corner of Fourth Street and Butler Avenue canceled

Listed with a minimum bid of $5,340,000, last week’s auction for the 17.23-acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Fourth Street and East Butler Avenue was canceled indefinitely by the Arizona State Land Department.
