According to overwhelming criticism of the draft law of the Dreierkoalition on the planned creation of a federal prosecutor's office, Minister of Justice Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) advocates a "basic revision". The numerous opinions in the review process had shown a "clear need for change", Sporrer stated on Tuesday: "For a new federal prosecutor's office, which really deserves the designation 'independent', we still have to improve thoroughly."
