It only seems like he's thrown everything in the trash and starting over. Hockey player Matěj Blümel is changing teams overseas, but his new employer in Boston is no longer signing an almost unknown kid from Europe, as Dallas did three years ago.
Interest in Czech hockey players is high after the opening of the free agent market in the overseas NHL. Forward Matěj Blümel, after three seasons on the Dallas farm, will try to break through in Boston alongside Czech star David Pastrňák. Forward Radek Faksa is returning from St. Louis back to Dallas. Goalie David Rittich agreed with the New York Islanders after his contract with Los Angeles expired.
