Starbucks Unveils Summer 2026 Menu with Tropical Drinks, Horchata Favorites
The lineup includes a new Tropical Butterfly Refresher, returning horchata drinks and two merchandise collections, including a limited-edition Miffy collaboration.
- Starting May 12, Starbucks will launch its summer menu featuring the Tropical Butterfly Refresher, a drink blending passionfruit and guava flavors with mango-pineapple pearls that Starbucks says is "just as beautiful as it is delicious."
- Returning to the menu are Mexican-style horchata drinks, including The Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso and the Horchata Frappuccino, which feature notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and toasted rice.
- Featuring a unicorn face design, The Unicorn Cake Pop returns to the menu with vanilla cake, confetti sprinkles, and white chocolatey icing.
- A new Road Trip merchandise collection debuts alongside the menu, including mugs, tumblers, a canvas mini tote bag, and a foldable picnic blanket.
- Beginning May 19, a limited-edition Miffy collaboration featuring the Dutch cartoon rabbit character will arrive at Starbucks locations in Canada and the U.S.
