2026 is a big year for Star Trek. Not only is the franchise celebrating its 60th anniversary but Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home has a landmark birthday of its own to celebrate. Star Trek IV returns to cinemas for 40th anniversary

There will be special 40th anniversary screenings of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home this September. Matt Ferguson has created a special poster for the screenings that start on September 4. In  addition to the anniversary rerelease, 2026 will also see the 60th anniversary of the creation of STAR TREK, which is being celebrated across Paramount, culminating in a big celebration to mark STAR TREK DAY on September 8.
