Stanley Hutter: Vallejo Mayor Sorce’s breath of fresh air

At her Aug. 6 town hall, Mayor Sorce spoke of an application to the Navy for funds to improve our city’s waterfront. She wants to dredge the Napa River channel between downtown and Mare Island, and to repair the sea wall. She also wants to refurbish the city’s boat launch ramp.
