Remember to turn your clocks back Saturday night as Colorado is among 48 states that will mark the end of Daylight Saving Time. A federal law specifies that daylight time applies from 2 a.m. on the second Sunday of March until 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of November in areas that do not specifically exempt themselves. Residents in Arizona and Hawaii do not change their clocks.
