Roommates have once again warned that the proposed amendment to the Hospitality Act, which regulates short-term rental of real estate and has already been approved by a parliamentary committee, is unacceptable to them. "We cannot accept the role of scapegoats in the housing issue and we do not agree to the role of guinea pigs," said Katja Rezman, president of the Roommates Association.
