CHESHIRE Police will be taking part in a national operation tackling driving offences and will be carrying out additional speed checks.

Police lie in wait to catch out drivers in 'speeding hotspot'

Wiltshire Police officers have caught multiple drivers after staking out speeding hotspots across the county.

Police officers of the Maribor Traffic Police Station found 243 such violations during Thursday's tightened traffic control, which focused on identifying speeding violations. Payment orders will be issued to 233 violators, and ten will be charged to the competent court.
