A pre-trial hearing was held today at the Maribor court against Urška Šprah, accused of fraud and money laundering in the Profit Club affair, who avoided summons from judicial authorities for 13 years by moving abroad. The accused did not admit the allegations, and defense attorney Gorazd Fišer filed a request to exclude what he believes was illegally obtained evidence.
