The Reykjavík Figure Skating Club secured the Icelandic women's ice hockey championship title for the first time tonight.
SR and SA met at the Skating Hall in Laugardalur tonight in the fourth game of the teams in the final duel for the Icelandic women's ice hockey championship. SA won the first game of the duel in Akureyri, but SR responded with two wins in a row and was therefore 2-1 ahead in the duel before tonight's game.
