WORCESTER – A local woman received a sentence from a federal judge in Worcester of time served, one day in prison, and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to bank fraud. According to federal prosecutors, from February 2006 to May 2021, Gina Llerena-Donohue, 62, of Spencer, received $41,954 in Social Security benefits and $3,200 in COVID economic impact payments.
