SIOUX FALLS — A Spencer man was hit with multiple felony charges after authorities say he left the scene of an injury crash in Sioux Falls. Shortly after 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, police in Sioux Falls were called to the intersection of West 57th Street and South Solberg Avenue for a report of a two-vehicle crash.
