Spencer fire chief earns Patriot Award from U.S. Department of Defense

During an in-house ceremony, Michael Lanning, fire chief of the Spencer Fire Department, was recognized as being a Patriotic Employer and received a Patriot Award from the office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.
