Rolf Mützenich, former chairman of the SPD parliamentary group, has signed the "Manifesto", which demands more diplomacy with Russia. In conversation with Jan Drebes, he explains his motivations, wants to clear up possible misunderstandings – and sometimes complains of very sharp criticism from his own party.
