Sparks Officials Gearing Up for 'Star-Spangled Sparks' Celebration

(Sparks, NV) — One week from today, thousands of people will celebrate America’s birthday with the 25th anniversary of Star-Spangled Sparks. The celebration runs from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Nugget casino.
