Spajić: Montenegro enters into investments exclusively through partnerships, up to 30 billion would be invested in the project in Ulcinj

"A huge project that is only at the idea level and would bring benefits to Montenegro. We would have investments of two or three billion euros annually, while the state would have half a billion in revenue and the Municipality of Ulcinj 50 to 60 million in revenue," said Prime Minister Milojko Spajić.
