Spain and Portugal call for more power links to Europe after massive blackout

From a hill in Gatika, a village of 1,600 inhabitants about a half-hour drive from the Spanish city of Bilbao, the scars left on the land by the construction of the ill-fated Lemóniz nuclear power plant in the 1970s are clearly visible.
