Floods threaten Argentina’s soybean harvest

Flooding caused by heavy rains hit Argentina’s agricultural heartland last week, leaving some fields underwater and affecting thousands of people. Now the country’s main export crop is at risk. CGTN’s Joel Richards reports from Buenos Aires province in Argentina.

Three out of four lots sown with soy were already harvested, according to the Weekly Agricultural Panorama (PAS) of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
