SOUTHWICK — With this being a revaluation year, the town’s assessor has released the valuations of every residential property in town, and for those who believe their property value is too high, there is an abatement process that starts Jan. 2 allowing them to challenge it“We’re pulling out all the stops to get it out,” said Assessor Randy Austin about the property valuations released on Nov. 20.
