Southwest Michigan home sales dip in July, prices remain near record highs

Southwest Michigan’s housing market saw mixed results in July 2025, with sales edging up from June but falling 12 percent compared to July 2024. A total of 264 homes were sold in July, down from 299 a year earlier. Year-to-date, sales were up 2 percent, with 1,549 homes sold compared to 1,516 during the same period last year.
