Southfield woman accused of bilking state out of $100K in emergency rental assistance

A Southfield woman is facing two criminal charges for allegedly submitting at least six fraudulent applications to obtain emergency rental assistance funds. Mariah Davis, 33, was arraigned on July 23 on one count each of false pretenses – $50,000 or more but less than $100,000, and using a computer to commit a crime.
